The services included in each experience are exclusively those expressly detailed in the description and confirmation of the booking.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, personal expenses, meals, drinks, accommodation, unspecified transfers, insurance, tips, and any other service not expressly included in the booked experience are not included.

When adding products to the cart and completing checkout, you declare that the information provided is accurate. Published prices may change based on availability. A booking is subject to confirmation and, where applicable, to payment settlement through enabled methods (Mercado Pago, cash, or bank transfer). Gira Futbolera may reject or cancel transactions due to manifest pricing or availability errors or suspected fraudulent use.

Match and sporting event dates and times may be changed by clubs, sporting bodies, competent authorities, or other circumstances beyond Gira Futbolera's control.

In the event of a reschedule, Gira Futbolera will make reasonable efforts to provide the service on the new date, subject to the user's availability, the conditions of the event, and the availability of the providers involved.

When the booked experience cannot take place due to a definitive cancellation or circumstances that prevent the service from being provided, the alternatives, rescheduling options, or refunds that apply under applicable law and the specific booking conditions will be offered.

Participants must follow the instructions of guides, coordinators, clubs, transporters, and competent authorities, as well as the safety and conduct rules applicable at each stadium or experience.

Gira Futbolera may exclude from an activity any participant whose conduct poses a risk to themselves, other participants, staff, or third parties, or who seriously breaches applicable rules.

When such exclusion results from the participant's conduct, refunds for unused services may not apply, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

During the experiences, photographs or audiovisual recordings may be taken for documentation and promotion of Gira Futbolera's activities.

Users may raise any objection related to the use of their image through the official contact channels.

To process bookings and provide customer support, we may collect first name, last name, email address, WhatsApp number, nationality, preferred language, purchase details and, when necessary, additional payment or event-related information. We may also record technical browsing data such as IP address, device type, browser, and pages visited through cookies or similar technologies.

We use your data to manage bookings, communicate about your experience, process payments, comply with legal obligations, improve our services, and respond to inquiries. We retain information only for as long as necessary for those purposes or as required by applicable law, adopting reasonable security measures to protect it against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

We may share data with providers that assist us with payments, hosting, messaging, clubs, guides, or transport strictly as needed to deliver the booked service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to defend Gira Futbolera's rights. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

Gira Futbolera acts as an experience organizer and is not responsible for suspensions, schedule changes, match results, or decisions by clubs, sporting bodies, or authorities affecting an event. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or harm arising from use of the site, except in cases of proven willful misconduct or gross negligence.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will be published on this page with the last updated date. Continued use of the site after a change implies acceptance of the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
