How long do the tours last?
The stadium tours tour will last approximately 4 hours while the live match experience depends on the stadium you select knowing that it is a minimum of 3 hours.
Can the tour be cancelled?
The tour can be cancelled up to 24 hours before with a 80% refund while, If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, your money will not be refunded.
If it rains, is it suspended?
In case of rain, the tour of different stadiums is cancelled (returning the entire tour). We will notify 2 hours in advance if it is cancelled or not. While the live match experience is NOT suspended.
In which languages is the tour given?
The tour is provided in 3 different languages. They are English, Portuguese and Spanish. Check beforehand if you want the tour to be given in French.
Where do we depart from and where does the tour end?
The stadium tour depends on which stadiums we will visit that day and, on the days of live matches, varies depending on the stadium. All this information will be provided at the time of booking.
What does our service include?
For the stadium tour experience, we offer transfers, guides and entrance to the different stadiums and, for the live match experience it depends on the stadium you are selecting from. Consult privately.
